"Fifty five years ago, our founder, Joanne Hulce, had a big, bold vision to bring quality arts experiences to the greater Plymouth community," said Lisa Howard, Executive Director of the Plymouth Community Arts Council.

Howard said that with a generous grant from the Relentless Care Foundation, the Center will continue to make Hulce's vision a reality, enriching Plymouth and western Wayne County with greater access to the arts and fostering artistic excellence.
