In just a few weeks, we will spend an entire day sharing our strategy, addressing our gaps and chasms, and co-creating solutions that mirror the timeline of our three-year strategy. One such collaboration is our Cancer Care Agents pilot designed with Andy Janning. Training our team to navigate the heavy impact of cancer diagnosis with our members adds a compelling and unique dimension to our service delivery. It also invests in the team we wish to grow. Through listening to those impacted by cancer, we understand that it affects physical and emotional well-being and can threaten financial stability. We seek to provide scalable experimentation while also enriching our understanding of the multifaceted role Community Financial can play in societal advancement. We are only getting started.
