Housing affordability is a crisis in Michigan, but by working together, we can solve it. The Relentless Care Foundation is proud to support Habitat for Humanity Northeastern Michigan with a $30,000 grant to bring new, affordable, modular homes to the village of Hillman.
"Without the help of the Relentless Care Foundation, nothing could get done to address the need for affordable housing in our service area," said Ted Fines, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Michigan.
Over the next year, the non-profit organization plans to build another four houses, with more planned to be built over the next three to seven years on 19.5 acres of land.
